CUSTOM PAINTED AND VINYL SIGNS

From the beginning I decided to make the best quality signs I could as opposed to cutting comers to turn out the cheapest signs. The old adage still applies, "you get what you pay for".

This has sometimes been a painful process, but it has been worth it. It has been over 40 years since I lettered my first sign, but I still have the same interest and excitement as I did then. We use our imagination and creativity allowing us to enjoy the creation of a sign.

Our signs start with proper sign panels. The edges are filled and sealed and the proper finish is applied. Some signs (or part of them) are hand lettered in the best quality lettering enamels.

The same quality applies to the vinyl we use. They are mostly 3M high performance materials. Prepainted panels are available from sign suppliers, but we buy our sign panels unpainted and apply our own finish. This guarantees that the proper amount of paint will be applied and gives us quality control. We also keep some of the plastic type panels, used primarily around the water because of moisture problems.

We may also use a clear coat, depending upon the sign location or customer. Our signs are not all rectangular some are cut into a shape depending on the application and customer wants and needs.
